Artwork Description:
In this political slogan painted in red and black paint, the artist says: China? On one sq. mile in central States, all commodities could be manufactured by the Army. This is his imminent belief  in the groundlessness of any fears of International trade. The artist is not against this trade and even a huge volume of International trade is fully acceptable to him. On the other hand, reserve universal factories, permitting, upon necessity, the production of any goods or services, similar or even superior to foreign goods, must exist in any self-respecting country for the purpose of economic and military stability and strength. These factories should indeed exist and be constructed at the expense of the national defense budgets of the military.
