In this painting, appearing like a protest poster artist states: Do Not Kill, Capture Could Be the Army Law. In his life in the United States under dual citizenship and dual military obligations the artist encountered certain controversies. What if Belarus and the United States will be in hostile or even War relations? What would be the situation of all dual citizens? This would be something similar to the situation of Japanese Americans during WW2. This appears unacceptable for the artist whose pro-peace views are widely known. The artist firmly believes in a future under more unified laws and heightened mutual respect between all countries in the comprehension of the dangers of nuclear and similarly threatening military conflicts. This World will survive only under Universal Ethically-Scientific Laws, same to all countries, permitting less crime and no wars between the big Governments.
