It is not too difficult with the rise of modern technology, to provide Army personnel an ability to capture their militant opponents, instead of killing them. A more intelligent one is the strongest. A more intelligent one is a more lawful one. The artist firmly believes that with or without his participation, the Do Not Kill principle and Police methods of criminal detention will become Army methods in the military operations of the post-industrialist era.
