In this painting, the artist calls for Building a Datcha House for Every American Household, a nearly communist utopia slogan. It's, actually, not a big deal in the era of the mass production of factory-built prefabricated housing. The artist, however, does not believe all people will become equal in the foreseeable future, but he believes that a better life is possible for everyone, for everyone just willing to work towards it and he believes the government is forever supportive of the idea of making people's life better - from cancellation of student debt to homeownership incentives and much more is possible. Simply because the Government has the necessary organizational powers and resources to build anything imaginable, much better and faster than anyone  separately can do.
