This portrayal of a human cranium is titled: Measure, and it means that Death is the ultimate currency for everything in life. Proximity and fear of death sets all other values for humans. Something like a glass of water in the proximity of death without it could become an ultimate treasure or something like a billion-dollar net worth would become nothing if someone owning it could die from cancer, for example, and no treatment is available for them.
